LEO consortium visit of demo user farm in Munich
The LEO consortium held a plenary meeting in Munich, Germany on 15-16th June. In the context of this meeting, the consortium visited also the demo user farm of Hannes Schallermayer with whom they spoke about state of the art precision farming activities. Hannes Schallermayer is a so-called early adopter for using Precision Farming software and machinery and has many years of experience in this topic. He demonstrated in detail and in a very practical way how such activities are executed using tractors equipped with supportive systems and presented a set of applications that keep track of these activities.
